  • Raffaello Cake
    FOR SPONGE
    Eggs 2
    Sugar 200 grams
    Yogurt 65 grams
    Oil 125 grams
    Flour 180 grams
    Almond flour 30 grams
    Baking soda 1/2 tsp
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Hot water 125 grams
    ●Mix everything well and pour in greased & paperlined pan. Bake at 160 degree for 25 minutes.
    FOR FROSTING
    Whipped cream 200 grams
    Cream cheese 100 grams
    ●Mix well.
    FOR GANACH
    White chocolate 100 grams
    Cream 100 grams
    ●Melt it on double boiler, than cool down on room temperature.
    FOR ASSEMBLING
    Sponge
    Frosting
    Dessicated Coconut
    Ganach
    Sponge
    ●Now cover the cake with Frosting and on sides cover with Dessicated coconut.
    ●Drizzle ganach on top. Garnish with raffaello chocolates.
