Omigosh, why is the cute kitty dragging his butt across the floor?!

Revus anxiously waited for me to finish cleaning his favorite litter box today, the robot litter box, even though there are other litter boxes available. He was so anxious that he jumped into it right after I finished, even though it was in the middle of rotating! Afterwards, he dragged his butt across the floor. I suspect it's because there was no litter underneath him when he used it, but we will play it safe and take him into the vet next week to check for worms.
