This is fascinating and the numbers are encouraging for me since I am selling my house in Lake County. I’ve also never seen a woman apply makeup either so that was interesting too.
@@CheyenneBlue so cool! I’ll check it out! Yea I’ve been doing a lot of filming for the owner of Drinx in Lakeport lately, I’ll definitely reach out again soon
We bought our house for $400k in 2016...now we were told that we can easily sell it for $750k. Thanks so much for the video. Its what we are worried about. Not being able to sell before demand goes dow. I heard the evac plans were not about the property itself BUT how to get everybody out of the valley as the mountain road is too small for 16k more people. Heard the hartman project is stalled due to cost miscalculation. Also everybody is loosing fireinsurance here. Has that been an impact of being able to sell houses as nobody is getting fireinsurance?
Yes! I knew there was one I was leaving out. Last I had heard they had paused it. I want to make the local updates a regular thing either quarterly or monthly.
Very helpful and insightful. I’ve lived in LC for awhile and am always interested in our Real Estate market. You can check out the minutes from Board of Supervisors meetings to keep your ear to the ground. And, you can also sign up to receive the weekly BOS agenda on the Lake county government website, too. And don’t forget to participate in Lake County Chamber of Commerce activities. (I found the makeup a bit distracting, though the transformation was fun) Oh, and have you become a Lake County Certified Tourism Ambassador yet? Very helpful when keeping up with all things LC.
Great video! I'm not into the makeup stuff though the special effects you were into sounded interesting. Anyway, I really appreciate the info and looking forward to more of your content.
This is a very thorough, comprehensive account of many different types of real estate. You have a warm, caring presentation here. If I ever decide to move to Lake County, I’ll contact you.
I'm curious as to why? It's a good fit for some not so much for others. Some people may hate it here but I know many that love it. It has its pros and cons for sure. I recently did one on california, I could do one on lake county if that's something people are interested in.
@@CheyenneBlue I've lived here my whole life but I've only been to Clearlake once and I got all my shit stolen. Not awesomesauce if you ask me. Just come here to fish and maybe wine taste and then leave
Thanks Cheyenne. I appreciate the Lake Co updates. I'm still looking to buy my home. If you're looking for suggestions, it would be nice if you visit the sites you're talking about in your video. However, I know it's challenging making YT videos and the time they take. So I'm cool with whatever you do. You encourage me to do my videos.
Supply and demand, even if demand remained constant, supply was hurt with the fires 🔥 we have suffered through. Lake county has a map overlay that highlights the areas affected in the last five years. Smaller area is that NOT impacted by fires
Exactly, we've lost so many homes to wildfires. I did another video about that awhile back. My family was lucky they didn't lose the house itself but they lost miles of water lines, cars, outbuildings and fencing. We were still very fortunate compared to many. My best friend growing up her family lost their home after living there for many decades and others I'm close to are still recovering from the loss. It's heartbreaking.
Thanks for the local info. I, too, worry about the agriculture losses, and while I like the possible tax revenue brought by marijuana grows, I think every new large vineyard or pot grower should contribute towards funds for new water/drought infrastructure. We’re not planning ahead for worse droughts. Also, agree with other comments that while it was commendable that Guenoc developers created on-site fire plans, you just can’t get past the vast number of people added to the one road in and out and the fact that you can’t always outrun fire, especially with the wind created in a valley. That’s what happened in Paradise-they couldn’t outrun it and burned in their cars or homes or the oxygen was sucked out and burned their lungs.
See now that makes sense with why the guenoc project paused it wasn't very clear in the statements. Thank you for bringing that up. And I completely agree with the AG statement. I'm open minded when it comes to both but they do need to help more with the drought situation and regulations.
Your super knowledgeable and informative. I like to know what’s going on in the area I live in. Would you be interested in being on a local access tv station show at all? And girl you need to work on that lighting in yo videos lol.
Thanks!
Your so awesome. I love your knowledge and teaching me. Do your make-or don’t . I’m still listening no matter what🙏🤠😊
You rock!
Thank you thank you!!!🙏🙏🤠

Awesome channel, just moved my film production company from LA up to Kelseyville. Would love to interview about the experiences in the new town!
Feel free to reach out anytime. You can also check out my bloody island video that talks about the dark history of Kelseyville :)

Thank you for letting me know what you've heard. The fire insurance situation has definitely been a hurdle but homes are still selling despite it.
Cool concept and thanks for the info
Thank you for the feedback :)
@@CheyenneBlue have you thought about talking about the new grocery outlet in hidden valley as well. It’s nearly done now

I know I'm limited on my lighting at the moment. Still learning. I would possibly be interested you can email me at cheyenne@countryair.com.
Hope those migrating Bay Area people are ok with the skunk smell. It’s probably just going to get worse. This will be interesting.
Nice transformation
Be safe
I’m not really interested in watching you put on your war paint.
I think your natural look is better than with the makeup, so if you want to do more videos without it, I'm ok with that.
