I will not mock these diligent people. Despite lack of protective boots, spectacles and mittens they really do their best. I couldn't have done it better.
Yes I will salute there handicraft skills and work ethics, but there are a reason that no old men are working there.....mittens and molten metal, unshielded drive belts, the very dangerous sawing postion etc
abpout the only complaint i have with their construction is they dont use lock washers , everthin else for where they are is great.
Never in my life have I ever seen so much abuse towards tools and tooling, there is a saying in most trades... "Let the tool do the work" meaning never force your tool to drill or cut, etc, let the tool work its way of its own accord. That way you avoid breaks and injuries.
At first I thought pouring molten Iron while wearing sandals was reckless..... Then he actually used that saw.
It's unbelievable how they use that saw

Great construction process. But the operation of that saw was mind-blowingly dangerous. I don't know why I'm surprised, as it seems everything in this country is done in the most dangerous way possible. Hell, getting your lunch from a vendor even involves you putting your body in harm's way. And where the heck are they getting the trees from? I've never seen a forest within 100km of a city.
How it was done in the west 200 years ago, though they wore work boots back then.
That has to be the most incredible mix of EVERY type of metal they could find 😂😂
NIce job. But that guy doing the cutting at the end is not going to get to retirement age with all of his fingers the way they are now...

This is little workshop on an underdeveloppment country, they have limited resources, but skilled and smarts workers ❤ I f you want accomplishment to OSHA , stay on USA, or go to see Germany or USA workshops

сделать такое изделие, чтоб пилить дрова с камнями, это немыслимо...
есть множество безопасных способов "разобрать" корни деревьев.

On one hand you got to give it to them for making machinery with the limited resources they have at hand. But man, it seems like whoever is running these shops refuses to invest anything beyond the bare minimum to keep them working. This whole process could be improved immensely with a gantry crane and using basic foundry techniques that are common in even hobby foundries all over the world. I'm sure Keith Rucker @VintageMachinery would find this video interesting.

Снял пыльники с подшипников и забил их кувалдой по внутренним обоймам чтоб шарики поквадратнели и грязищи в смазку, для квадратизма же, насыпалось. ППЦ,.

they make them because its what they can afford. they also export them to other countries like the USA, once they are in the USA another company will add safety shields and stickers and sell them at a huge markup and claim they have a better product.

This type of machinery is what I admire, our ancestors made machines that would last forever, today it is half plastic and thin brass, within six months it is destroyed and we have to buy another one again.
men and we bitch about our working conditions in the States these guys really got it hard and keep on going, OSHA would have shut down the place for the safety violations a long time ago
