Having known Sen Gordon for years, he's a great leader of Olongapo during those years of his reign as mayor. Hope when the new administration will be sworn in, they can revisit the Philippine-US treaty back for another glance. Because in reality, we can't defend ourselves against the Chinese incursions, especially on our fishing grounds. With the presence of the US forces, for sure everything will be back to normal. Subic is one of the most suitable places for the US to settle its bases because of its geographical location. This is important also to neutralize the Chinese and other renegade Asian nations that may try to invade.
Richard Gordon is what we need in government. Independence and honestly working for the people. He has the traits - innovative ideas to create a stronger economy and adherence of rule of law - for the highest office in the country - the presidency
