    am admired u bcz in cwc always nenga ovvoru wordsum pathu pathu pesurnga. When aswin said this is enough for me when u r appreciated but u said in cooking only u will reach a lot in ur profession aswin. Then pugal said kuliya thondunga u suddenly scold him. u r treating each and everyone as ur family members. am ur sisyah thalaiva🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

    Sir, my husband made this dish today for kids school lunch. Cheesy corn is my daughter’s most favorite. Spinach is my favorite for kids meal. Every time I offer a spinach dish in traditional way, there is some sort of pushback from her. My husband tried this for her for school lunch today. No wonder it became her favorite dish! Yet another most delicious and kids favorite dish that satisfies mom’s desires 😊. Will always lookout for many such recipes from your channel! Thanks a ton 😊

    Looks like butter was burned, not sure if its coz of lightning. Not pointing the finger but i have heard if the butter is burned for white sauce we need to restart fresh. This dish looks really yummy and ll definitely try soon. Thank you chef for sharing easy recipe.

    Looks quite delicious! And for ppl who don't have oven but want the browning and crisp cheesy top, you can buy and use a blowtorch. But you must be very careful or you can seriously harm yourself with it. Also its a bit harmful to health as it uses butane gas. So use it very little.

    A better way to make the sauce is to slowly add the milk to the roux (the cooked butter and maida) Add some milk, mix till its incorporated and repeat until all the milk is used. This way, you ensure that no lumps are formed :)
