    Thanks again for another informative video. It's handmade the small imperfections makes it one of a kind. I am not sure if you know this tip however ima share it just in case. Once your heatpress reaches the temp your using to press your shirt, close it for 10 seconds and now that the bottom platen is hot you can put the vinyl on it and it makes it easier to weed.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, They even have a special weeding table that does this. Ive seen people recommend that. Great tip. Thank you.

    I've been learning this stuff for a little bit now. Few orders. I've been just steadily and slowly building. Started with the transfer paper which is so easy but the images don't last as long/ people don't wash the products correctly lol. So I wanted to try vinyl. You taught me some good stuff so I wanted to give you props on that. The one vinyl I find that kind of does a shrinking affect I find is the white htv. It has a tendency to kind of distort more then the other colors. Have you experienced this. I have a white matte viny and it seems to do this. I mean I'm probably the only one who notices stuff like that but because I sell to people it bugs me lol. I use that final Teflon press too at the end just to solidify everything down in one final press for about 5 seconds. Works awesome for taking out those little crease lines from the clear transfer sheets. Keep up the solid vids bud. 👌

    What kind of vinyl did you use with the clear backing to put on the heat press?

  • @williamwright3735
    @williamwright3735 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I love the offset technique, I've used it a few times but not too that extent I'll definitely be using it more now. The question I have is how do you feel about the black having been pressed for almost a minute and the red 45 seconds and so on? According to siser they recommend the first layers only being pressed long enough to release from the carrier and the final color gets the full 10-15 second to fully set them, and that too much heat ruins the glue. Any issues in the past that you've noticed, especially on kids clothes? I never had an issue on mine like that but on some toddler ones I've noticed letters coming off

  • @SpearoChris

    Thanks for the vid! Can you recommend a video on how to get the cameo 4 plus to cut through vinyl? Mine barely cuts and the force is at 14 speed 8 blade 3.

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Has it ever cut? Most likely your blade isn’t inserted correctly. Make sure it’s seated and locked into place.

    • @nanasloves
      @nanasloves 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine wasn’t cutting and then I saw a little piece of plastic fall off. The screw “cap” that goes on the bottom of the blade thing came unscrewed so the blade couldn’t reach. When it fell completely off, the blade cut great.... I screwed it back on and the vibration unscrewed it again just enough so it wouldn’t cut. I screwed it back on but tight this time and it worked great. I’m glad it fell off completely or I may have given up, again.

    Great Video, thank you so much for sharing; I was wondering if the vinyl gets distorted or too melted by the multiple heat presses. For instance the black was applied first by the time you get to the final color, is the black still okay or is there a over heating reaction on the black vinyl?

  • @terrellkelley4065

    peace champ i just recently purchased the cameo 4 plus, now when i upload my image, i set it to cut, but when i hot send i get a message saying my cut lines are overlapping? 2nd. question how do i prevent my blade from cutting on mat? i measured my vinyl on the mat and entered the measurements on my silhouette, however my blade is still cutting outside the cut area and not staying on the vinyl. what am i doing wrong....
    by the way i appreciate your content very motivational and educational..

    Also, whe you use the vinyl roll holder with your cameo how do you get it to work so smoothly every single time I have used mine it messes up. It will begin to feed nicely but you know the going back and forth it begins to feed un even and messing up the entire design

    Hi Allan! I have a question which would help me greatly with my own business idea, and it seems you have quite some knowledge in the subject: Which are the best embroidery machines/brands in 2021 that allow me to sew designs created in the computer? Do you recommend the Brother SE600, or perhaps some other machine?
    Thank you for your help! :)

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The best that enables you to Embroider designs created on the computer. Brothers machines hands down. If your budget permits get a se1900, pe800 or se600. Best machines for embroidery for the price that’s why they are a always sold out.

    • @alexakten
      @alexakten 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adubbproductions thanks for the reply! If I understand correctly, the main difference between the models is the size that it allows the designs to be? Are there any other significant differences between the models? If the price was not a factor, which one would you get? :))

    • @adubbproductions
      @adubbproductions  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On the brothers line if the machine’s model name starts with SE that means it’s sewing and embroidery if it’s PE it’s embroidery only. Typically in the listings they have what the specifications are, what size hoops and how many built in designs come with the machine. So when you find one you like just read the description and it will have the info you need for that specific machine there. Make sure you use my Amazon affiliate link if your buying it from Amazon.
