I'm determined to not let bad health keep me down and to fight my way out of the depression that has controlled me for far too long.

What is it about watching this wonderful, sweet lady that gets me so motivated to get off my lazy rear end and clean my house? I've watched TONS of videos with cleaning and organization tips, "watch me clean" videos, and even episodes of Hoarders and nothing comes even close to giving me the motivation to actually start cleaning my own house! But a few minutes of watching you clean or watching the clouds while listening to your soothing voice and refreshing honesty and sense of humor and I'm practically a cleaning machine! It must be magic! I'm so happy that your channel is taking off and gaining new subscribers so quickly! If anyone deserves to be "TH-cam famous", it's you and your wonderful Boy and adorable kitty "supervisors"!

Your videos are so inspiring! What a nice way to have a chat while looking at the clouds....You are proof that when we get in a huge cleaning rut ( or life in general), and we make excuses why we cant do this or that because we are tired, in pain, discouraged that we CAN do it on our own schedule and in our own way. I've sat and watched Vasseur Beauty, Clean My Space and others and then I keep sitting and watching more. Then I saw you and watched the kitchen clean video. I was getting inspired. So I watched the two living room videos, then something amazing happened.........I got up off the chair and cleaned my kitchen completely then cleared all the junk off the dining table and if that wasn't enough I cleaned the TV area and vacuumed everything. That was over a week ago and I am still keeping it clean. My husband is wondering what happened. Today I'm going to watch your bedroom video and see if something amazing, cleaning wise that is, happens in there too. You just never know. We might need a laundry, bathroom and car cleaning and organising video too, when you can. No rush. You are the only person who has succeeded in getting me off the lounge to clean so a huge hug to you all the way from Australia.

Leanne Wren I know what you mean… I put one of her cleaning video zone and time myself by it… I tried to do as much as I can before the video is over… It helps a lot… I cleaned my whole kitchen to one of her videos… LOL… I don't know there's just something about hearing her struggles and then knowing that she can do what she does… It lets us know we can do it too…

I was going to leave this comment on your last video… And then I got the notification that you had left this one… Your son is amazing… I know he stays behind the scenes… But it is obvious he does a lot around there… He works hard for a living obviously and I noticed in one of your comments you mentioned that he gave up everything to come and live with you… Now on top of everything else he does he is going to help you with his channel

I ran across your video last night of cleaning the kitchen. At first glance of the icon I thought omg but something just kept pulling at me to watch it. Soon as I heard you talking I was hooked and was watching the rest of your video's last night till 5:00 am...lol. I just wanted to thank you for being so brave and determined to share with us all how you are changing your life. Listening to you brings such comfort to me since I lost my wonderful husband 3 yrs ago to cancer. Since then I have just wanted to crawl in a hole and hide. After watching your video's last night it made me realize that I can't feel sorry for myself any more and have to get up and start living. So Brenda I just wanted to say I'm happy to meet you. I can't wait to see how the rest of the house comes out now.

susan thornton so very heart sick to hear of your loss.I too lost my husband just last October. I knew I was in for a difficult journey but didn't realize that my life would come to a screeching halt.Unfortunately I lost the brains and logic of this duo.He did everything .At 67 I feel like a lost child trying to learn pay bills,remember to take out the trash. the things I either never had to think about or selfishly took for granted.I sure hope that ,though I know,your not doing well that you're coping.Brendas kind of created a miracle of sorts . Though it shames me to admit this I actually picked up a broom and mop and instead of just setting them someplace else I used them💝
Candy I'm so sorry for your loss as well. Your right all the little things I also took for granted. I never imagined my life would take a turn like it has. We found out on Labor Day which will be 3 yrs now that my husband had a mass on his esophagus and that he also had 5 tumors in his brain. When the doctor told us the news my world ended for me that night I just didn't realize the next horrible 3 months would do to me. I took care of my husband till the end. God it's something I don't wish on anyone to have to go though. I was only 55 at the time and my husband was 61. I know all to well how you feel and days I feel so over whelmed with having to do everything now on my own that I just want to curl up and die. Your right about Brenda she is a angel of sorts whether she knew it or not and has been able to give so much comfort to strangers just by the sound of her voice. Someday I would like to meet her in person and just hug her and say thanks I needed you.

Gosh I'm so glad that I found you.You're a gem. I wrote a few weeks ago saying that I am where you were. I watched you work,felt inspired but still didn't make a move.I finally mopped the kitchen floor last week.Today I mopped my bedroom.It doesn't sound like much but it required a scrub brush even before I could mop.Plus I got tons of bags of clothes that I was going to mend or get stains out of, boxes that things had come in(even YEARS ago) too small to be useful and broken furniture that I was always going to fix OUT of the house! I just love that so many have subscribed...I struggle with life on a daily basis with physical issues. Living alone is no fun. I have so enjoyed watching a real person overcome their troubles. I love your soothing voice and you are very entertaining...love the cat speak.....keep it real you are a heaven sent angel.

I too am glad I found this channel. You give me hope that when I am able I will be able to get my home under control. I have a lot of health problems myself. I just got a good start on getting things done when i ended up undergoing emergency open heart surgery and it is taking me a long time to recover. I am just able to get up and do a few things now, so my journey ahead will be a long one. Of course my patience is stretched thin as I want everything done yesterday. I just make sure I get a bit of puttering done each day and try to keep what I have done under control. I usually don't share so much with people, but I feel a bit comfortable here knowing I'm not alone with my struggle to get my home cleaned, that there really are people out there with the same struggles I'm going through. You give me hope. Thank you all.

Thank you for making "my" video. My cluttered house is filled with projects unstarted, cute little trinket things, spider webs holding it all together, with boxes & stacks of flea market damaged clothing, anchoring it all in a delicate balance.
All my before & after pictures turn out to ALL be "before" pictures of my mess. I, too have been physically & emotionally unable to do the simplest daily motions.
I am a perfectionist, almost compulsive organizer, cleaner, & repair person. Yet for many years, the excruciating pain has prevented me from moving. Now, on my 60th birthday, last yesr, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's.
That explains my paralysis, along with 40 years of PTSD & major depressive disorder.
I watched your kitchen clean up & feel my kitchen still has hope of resurrection.
I suscribed after seeing this cloud video & your channel information.
You are helping pull my strings to untangle them & pull myself up again.
Let the subscribers be inspired, but like you said - about losing track of the important stuff, ... Watch against finding yourself carrying all of us. Seems like you could easily over reach, trying to please everyone, that we could "drown you", accidentally, by depending on you, alone, & not applying enough of our own personal self responsibility.

Thank you so much! One thing you've taught me is to rest and then RETURN to the project at hand. I got 5 drawers and the shelf under the bathroom sink done today. I would have done the last 2 but I need some small containers. And just couldn't face Wal-Mart the Sunday before school starts!

My New Me, I just love your calming voice and honesty. I struggle daily with cleaning and keeping up with the housework. I've been suffering from bipolar and depression since I was 13 years old and the last 11 years have been very hard for me. I can't leave my home very easily out of fear that people will see me and judge me. Total paranoia. I live alone and go days and days without speaking a single word to anyone. I got a cat to help me and she has made me so happy. Her name is Dottie and she's wonderful. She's a tuxedo cat and head strong. She tolerates me. lol
You are not alone in your struggles. I love your videos.

hi! your videos are such a blessing to me, me and my daughter ,and my two year old granddaughter live together, she does a lot of things for me too, but I get frustrated that I can't do it by myself , I like you used to do everything take care of everything, it can be so depressing not being able to do what you used to do. seeing you do things and be happy really is uplifting for me, it really makes me feel like I'm not alone in this journey, learning it's okay to do things in parts, and if I need help it's okay to ask her. anyway on a lighter note I love your videos, 😊😊, thanks to you I'm happy no matter how much I get done or how little I get done, 🌾 have a beautiful day 🌈

You are a beautiful person, honest and transparent. I'm a survivor of an attempted homicide, and have PTSD, and a history of depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. I also have an autoimmune disorder which causes fatigue, and chronic pain. Additionally, I have ADD. I started a TH-cam channel aboit 9 momths ago, and have not been consisent with uploading, or participating in collabs people include me in. I end up feeling guilty and stressed. My TH-cam friends are so consistent, and their homes are so organized. Mine is not. You have made me fell better about myself. Our stories sound similar with the exception that I am a nurse (when I am able to return to work anyway) and that I don't have a TH-cam channel. Also the person that did the assault did not get caught so I have suffered for 13 months trying to recover and he is roaming free. Leaves me on high alert at all times...very jumpy and flighty. I also have ADD anxiety and insomnia. Seems like I take pills to wake up and concentrate and pills for pain and pills to relax and pills to sleep. I feel like a walking (now that I can)pharmacy. I am happy to hear you have survived and are trying to move forward. I am going to go sub your channel. Wishing you the very best in life and healing

Nancy Anne Ramirez happened to me while walking my puppy getting ready for work in the ER. Walking my puppy who was a pitbull/mastiff mix that was 10 months old in a subdivision I have lived in for 17 yrs. It was 4 am because we worked 12hrs and I was due to work at 5. Even after being aired on the news no one came forward and no one was caught. I continue to see my therapist and that has been a blessing. I appreciate the heads up on the names of the videos. As a part of therapy we have found that it is only my pics of the attack injuries and battles I've faced since that triggers me. I think it's because I am so used to helping others who gave fell into those categories that I don't personalize it but when I see my own face/body with all the injuries it upsets me.

I enjoy watching your hard work at personal transformation. There is not a person among us who is not one of the walking wounded at some point or other in our lives. While I understand folks wanting to help you in some way, I honestly believe that you are doing impressively well on your own. Creating this channel seems to really be a way forward, and while empathy and generosity are never bad impulses, I see you not only collecting yourself and working hard to solve problems but at the same time setting an amazing example and showing others that it can be done. You are receiving one of the best gifts from the internet: being the helper rather than the helped. I understand why others want to do things for you. You are a sweet, brave person. I just think that you will continue to problem-solve and push yourself forward so I don't see you as needy in any way. You and your son are lucky to have each other. I wish I could filter your comments for ya so the crappy ones never have to even have to cross your mind. I'm glad you don't seem to really care about them at all but if they ever get to you maybe we can figure out a way I (or anyone else) can monitor them. You're just too great for that.

Did one of the cats turn it on by laying on it? Is that the boys computer suddenly deciding to turn itself on? Is that outside or inside? Am I just imagining it?" lol You notice, though, that I definitely took my phone with me just in case (I record these on my phone, so that was why you came with me. lol)
And thank you for your concern about the negative comments. I have a pretty thick skin when it comes to strangers. It's my own internal opinion and those of family that I struggle with. But your concern is very touching.

It's hard enough cleaning and keeping up a home when you're healthy, but as I know when there are ailments and depression involved, it seems almost impossible. Congratulations on your progress! I have learned so much such as not kicking myself because i can not do like i used to. and your voice and your sense of humor is terrific. a sense of humor like yours go a long way. you are blessed to have a great son. i have 2 but they don't help any as they don't see anything wrong and i can do it myself. anyway keep up the good work.

My New Me One of my friends is a graphic designer she owns a company called signs and stuff… We live in Mississippi… If you were serious about starting your own planner and need someone to do it to design it for you… I could contact her… Just putting that out there… I know you have so many people suggestion so many things your head is going to spin off of your shoulders… But we are all just… We are just trying to give you advise that will help you use your talents and gifts to be able to support yourself financially… There are so many things you could do… I don't think you will be having to apply for that disability… LOL you are so talented I believe there are many many ways you can support yourself… We love you… You can do it… This channel
