Just found you from the UK. This is excellent content mate. Gives viewers a 'real' insight into the talent, commitment, the expense and dedication it takes to become as good as you are in Motorsport.
I know it takes time but can you do a complete start to finish every bolt and process to rebuild a transmission I w only seen 2 vids on the net so far would be nice to have a complete vid😊
What about the F40 route? Will maybe cost you 1000-2000$ initially, but once you are up and running spare parts ain't that expensive. An other plus is that the F40 is still used to this day in various Opels/Vauxhall's so there is even the possibility to purchase new parts if that is desired. Fitting a diesel gear-set will keep you from changing gears all the time, of course everything above 4th (3rd?) is completely unnecessary for you. But the gearbox should hold up way better. There is a FAQ over at trionictuning for how to F40 swap a OG9-3/NG900 or OG9-5, check it out if you haven't.
@@RHBTurbochargers Yeah, you're probably correct. Designing your own set of faceplated gears/dogbox would be a better route if you are able to achieve it. Looking forward to it!
😮That car is one hell of a boosted BEAST !!! 💨
Keep the content coming. This is quite a unique channel. You've 'real' driving skills + an aptitude for engineering. Why not show it off.
You are a very good fabricator have you thought about making a antilag jet so boost is no issue?

If it never breaks, it's too heavy.

Sounds like a lot of work to end up with another synchro box that's heavier
