What about running a full loss system ie no alternator, where you run each session off a fully charged battery that you swap in the pits between sessions with a 2nd fully charged battery?
Underdrive the alternator.

Great work man and great driving skills! The one thing I hated about my NG 900 was how many alternators I had to put in that thing. Ran new cables, extra grounds and still would eat one about every 5-10K. And that was a stock NA 2.3L.
that is not normal for 900NG
