Enjoy!
There’s a lot of songs that I haven’t even heard before!!
Me neither!
Ah July 23, 1994. 3 weeks before I was born.
Wow the first 40 songs on this countdown are awful....I have never seen that many without at least a couple of good ones ...
80% of the songs are unknown, I have never heard or seen them on MTV
This year felt so dark in the 90s!
Wasn't there a war happening?
If I could mail my heart right to you I would
I'd pack it up
Seal it tight
And send it overnight
We Are The Mid '90s (1994 - 1996) More Likes The Early '90s Or The Late '90s.
(1994, 1995 & 1996) Was From The Mid '90s Closer To The Late '90s & The Early '90s.

Too bad this video playlist does not match with the songs presented on the American Top 40 program of this same date because from November 30, 1991 the AT40 program began to use Billboard Airplay Charts instead Billboard Hot 100
This is true, all American Top 40 programs from November 30th, 1991 use Billboard Airplay Chart
Second year of the decadence in music that started in 1993 sadly.
For me it was the summer before 8th grade. Wild times. I remember every song in the top 20 especially Coolio's Fantastic Voyage 😂😂
Hard to believe "Dreams" by The Cranberries only made it to #42 😳
I was shocked it charted! Then I was shocked it only charted #27 UK, #30 Aus
I turned 13 on July 23, 1994.
Elton’s career would never be the same again after the entry he was on.
That was for 29 years ago!
The height of my clubbing days. Thanks for the good memories!
This was the summer after I graduated from high school. But it did not quite hit me yet, on how different my life was going to be when I went away to college in about a month. For starters, not being in a classroom with the same group of people that I knew for the past 7 to 9 years. Music-wise, this was the beginning of the end for me, as I slowly stopped caring about the latest songs in the Top 40.
Tell Me Where It Hurts
Love Is All Around
What's Up
Now And Forever
Beautiful In My Eyes
I Swear
Poor AAliyah....such a promising start...then her career just crashed..
I Swear! I hate that song “I Swear” I didn’t like most of that r&b crap from the 90’s especially Boyz II Men
Boyz II Men were a great group! I Swear by All 4 One still is a great song
too many rap and R&B songs!not enough good songs
nice music
1994 one of the best years musically and the best of the 1990s. Yes there are a couple of bad songs, but many great songs. Here in the UK, we had 'Love Is All Around' #1 for 15 weeks! As a nine year old at the time, I was absolutely bored of it. That R Kelly song has aged badly now. Horrible man. My favourite is the dancehall classic 'Worker Man' by Patra. Thank you for this upload 👍 I'd take 1994 over 2023 anyday.
One of the worst year in music...
I see a lot of bops
I don't think so
... And the even worst was yet to come...
