The thing that amazes me about the OST is that since the songs begin at random points of their playtime, none of them have 'traditional' introductions or natural points where they loop. The thing that amazes me about Fighting Chance SPECIFICALLY, is what I consider it's 'main theme' at 1:35, which lends so much more force and gravitas to the piece than I ever would have thought- I love it when thoroughly stupid concepts get treated with respect and dignity. Fighting Chance isn't a theme to a goofy dice-man battle, this is the anthem of opposing Fate Herself, and not caring if you lose.

Anyone ever tried using Iron Shield and Shield Bash? Just keep rolling high with combat roll Get fuck tons of shield BASH!! It's actually OP, works against all enemies aside from poison enemies. It's your attack and defense at the same time. Amazing.

They're absolutely not 100% RNG - the entire concept of choosing equipment lets you mitigate RNG to a major degree. If you look at probability, many of the enemies will have an average damage per turn, which you can reduce by killing them quickly or using defensive equipment. The goal of the game is to specifically mitigate the RNG.
