I just love the henchmen in this movie. They are barely introduced and die off immediately, but they are all so distinct with their own little mannerisms, it's extremely fun.
I really like this movie. I saw it back in the day at the drive-in theater in my hometown. I was very dismayed to hear that Lisa Blount passed away. She was a great actor and I am confident that she would have done some wonderful things. May she rest in peace.
Scent of a Woman is one of my favorite movies of all time. Pacino's incredible, and deserved every ounce of praise. But this movie was something special back in the day. Rutger was amazing as a blind character. He was just so believable, as much as Pacino. And it did what is SO difficult in Hollywood.. to remake a classic from another country. And do it justice.
Rutger was a handsome man in the 80s, and a good actor. Heavy smoking aged him prematurely. Blind Fury wasn't his best film, but he was terrific. Cinema was made better because of him. He died in 2019 and is missed by audiences worldwide.
All professionals eat popcorn when executing an op. I think that's the first clue (other than the poor dress and grooming) that these guys are morons. Never fear an operator who's eating popcorn...
I just love the dedication of Rutger Hauers play. He walks through these corn fields, branches swaying through his face, but his eyes never flinch
...nor blink

From a time, long ago, in a galaxy so unlike "modern" hollywood, when movies were still about the entertainment, not about the "agenda"
Fajne wsioki, czyste wsiury, zwłaszcza ten spaślak z popcornem

RIP Rutger.
You could play everything.
My alltime fave was,is and will always be "Hitcher-the Highway Killer ".
Esse filme é muito bom passa ele tod parabéns pela postagem
Это классика, да😊
It looks like a kind of "Zatoichi", from the "Yanks" perspective.
Blind Fury would be more successful as a series than a movie.
Where every season is homage to each film in the Zatoichi anthology.
Después de Blade Runner, creo que ésta es una de las mejores películas de Rutger
Eating popcorn in a maize field 🤣🤣😂😂
Great movie with great acting from Rutger Hauer

👍 I love that character. I watched all of the Blind Swordsman movies my friend. 素晴らしい俳優 🙏
3:55 "Особенности американской охоты" - генерал Михалыч

I've seen attack ships on fire near the shoulders of Orion...I've watched C-Beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate...
Вспоминая этот фильм, почему-то вспоминаю этого флегматичного толстяка , поедающего попкорн, смешной персонаж)))
No blood slices just like unlimited ammo shoots

Zatoichi? wtf. RH was great. If you like this kind of thing, Zatoichi did this long before.
existe DUBLADO porque tem que

Two snub-nosed .357s in an open cornfield. Not a professional.
Stephen King. Children of corn.😂
This is a poor American version of Zatoichi. The sword handling style makes it a rather dead give-away.
More over, the intro to this movie parodied one of Zatoichi's intros, signaling exactly where they got the concept.
There´s MAGAs everywhere.
