EPIC FAIL: Locked off on ERM Traction Elevator @ College Park - CSUF (#5)

So I started off on the 7th floor and got the only elevator in the bank of 4 that goes to 10R (which is always locked). But as soon as I hit 10, the button already went out and the elevator didn't move. I pushed it again, locked again.
Then I tried going to 9, and then 8 but they were locked as well. After I stopped the video, I tried pressing 1, which worked and sent me back to the lobby. When getting out of the elevator, I pushed 7 and 8 at the same time to do a final check. 7 didn't work but 8 did.
