If it is raining, drop one corner post a few inches on the awning. The rain will drain off at that post and not pool, which can damage your awning. Cheers TJ

Just catching up on a few episodes. Well that was pretty hectic and all of that before you even get to the Cape. How beautiful is the Daintree ❤️. No rain for 7 months, nice!! Meanwhile here in Melb I haven’t seen any rain for 7 minutes😂. I really wish people wouldn’t put stickers on signs that are important like that one.
Absolutely!!! Can’t believe the 31% road! Sooo crazy. 😅 The Daintree is just stunning, such dense rainforest right next to the beach! It’s amazing. Hahahahah, that’s how we felt living in Tas, especially this time of year. It would 100% be the longest we’ve ever gone without rain! So insane. 🤩
You guys are hysterical to watch 😅. It's like watching two comedians travelling Australia. I remember doing some of that track in the 80's as one of 5 kids in a Toyota Tarago going through water crossings, eating coconuts fallen from the trees overlooking the beach. The tropical rain forest is beautiful.

Hey Tammy, yea it's actually going pretty well considering what we've put it through recently, it's obviously a cheap van but it's the best pick of the hybrids we think, we also have no affiliation with blue tongue so we can say what we want. The star visions look good but I think they've got too many stickers!
@@lilandjake Thanks for taking the time to reply. We live in FNQ and would like to park ours in our existing garage to keep out of the rain, so options are limited due to height. We just sold our Blue Tongue forward fold camper and had no trouble with chassis and suspension etc. Hybrids all have their pro’s and con’s (including star vision it seems) - now to make a decision 🤔. Love your genuine/down to earth vids and ook forward to each episode 👍👏

Shame we don’t always have reception… should be able to rely on signs but as you can see, this one is COVERED in stickers. Hope you’re having a great weekend!!

Just remember those signs are built for dum asses trying to tow 40ft vans on those tracks.

That's a beaut guys. 36 minutes of fun and what a place. Swimming in that fresh clear water looks amazing. I think with the amount of bogs you've got out of you're definitely well on the way to being called experienced travelers. And no fuss taking a caravan where it's not recommended. I was wondering if you had a lockbox underneath your van you don’t have to worry about loosing your keys of the van and car Or like me I have a spare car key and van . And if one of you are not around with the keys the other one can just open the the lockbox .🦘🦘🦋🍷🍷🦋🦘🦘
