The car show made me feel old. I DO remember when many of those cars were the current batch on the roads.

So glad you posted this today. We follow the storm chasers and saw all the damage last night. Been praying for you and all the other homesteaders we know in the areas! When I was a kid, my house got hit by a tornado in Texas. So, I now follow the stuff and am a storm spotter in my area. Very thankful you guys are ok.

Not sure when this was recorded, but I have weather alerts set up for my favorite homesteaders, farmers, ranchers... and Locust Grove woke me in the middle of last night with a tornado warning (loud siren)! Hope your family and Little Bear didn’t need to spend the night in your safe room, and that you and all the animals and buildings are okay! 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Car show was neat, Gary! I saw Farm Bureau on one of them which was wild. I retired from North Carolina Farm Bureau after 35 years of service. That was so sweet seeing Cassie & the boys taking the lamb to visit the neighbors. Great job on getting the fence work done. Love you guys. ❤❤ God bless. 🙏🙏

Small block, 200 hp, straight 6 cylinder. I still have it and want to get it back road worthy one day.
Toddlers are a lot to deal with. Spent time with my 14 month old twin great grandsons. They are walking everywhere. So active and such happy boys too.
Gary, an easy way to clean your caps. Run it under HOT faucet water. Back & forth. I've been cleaning my sons caps like that for 25 years. They dry overnight and look brand new. Granted theres not engine grease on them, but it work like a charm. Cool cars. God bless you all and many prayers 🙏🏻 ❤️

Chad is in northeastern Oklahoma…I believe the tornadoes were in southeastern Oklahoma…Arms family has said they are all okay…haven’t seen anything from the Eddy family

Love going to car shows. My grandpa had a 56 Chevy Belair and that was the last car he bought and it wasn't a collector car at the time. It was his day to day car in case he needed to go to town, church, or meet up with the guys to play pitch. And let me tell you, on those unpaved country roads, Dukes of Hazzard had nothing on him. I loved riding with him, because you had to hold on. There weren't any seatbelts, and he flew over those hills until he was in his late 80s. I don't know who was sadder when he hung up his keys.

We have tornado plans up here in Lincoln,Ne too. We grab our phones and run outside to watch for them. Got some great pics on Friday. We had multiple tornados touch down around the outskirts of town and little town down the interstate from us. Only a few places were damaged, some semis were flipped, and some train cars were blown off a track. No serious injurious. The tornado then disappeared and touched down in the suburbs of Omaha. Unfortunately there the tornados reappeared and took out several neighborhoods. Out Spring Cornhusker Football game was the next day, and they raised money for those who suffered loss of property. Thats one thing I love about our state, we watchout for each other. I saw ya'll had tornados in Oklahoma as well. Praying that people were able to get to safety.

I was 18 when I got a brand new 1974 Mustang from my parents for my graduation present...I drove it until 1979 when I needed a vehicle to put a baby carseat in the backseat easier...man I hated having to sell that car...❤😂❤

My brother owned a two door red Chevelle, with the black stripes down the hood and trunk, with a hood scoop, nice mags, black leather seats. He bought it right out of High school. Even as a young girl I fell in love with that car! He sold it when he got married. My brother in law has a mauve colored Willis Jeep Pickup he redid. Beautiful done! Nice wood flooring in the back. He drives in the local parades and enters it into some car shows but not a lot because it takes up a lot of time. Sure got a lot of tornadoes around Enid and Fairview Oklahoma yesterday. There is a utube channel I found that a guy named Ryan does is great for following the storms. Very knowledgeable. My parents neighborhood was hit in 1991. Wiped out the neighborhood. A horse in a tree, they took down with a crane. (It was alive) The piles of debris was taller than electricity poles. The little town I live in has been hit twice. We take tornadoes warnings seriously!

Wow, nice looking 64-66 Chevy C-10 Custom pickup! Looked well done.
I used to restore those trucks, on the weekends. New lumber in the bed, new sheet metal welded in to replace rust spots. Even new floor pans, in some cases. I did not paint them,. just restored and prepped. But those are my all time favorite pickups!
