The older gentleman is still around and plays usually just on Sunday mornings. His name is Capt. Clarke "Doc' Hawley, and he was actually the first master of the boat when she came out in 1975.

This Calliope seems to be a more mello sounding recording, maybe just the day or the instrument, it’s. Ot bad just different, I like them all!!

The first tune is "Blue Skies" . Written by Irving Berlin and sung by Al Jolson in he Jazz Singer. Also made famous by Willie Nelson and others.
