Aww... very nice video! I love looking at videos where people share the type of work they do... I hope to start incorporating this type of footage in my own videos as well, as I am a content creator too...❤
Can I apply for the HR job in the UK if I don't have a degree from the UK? I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from my home country. I have 3 yrs of HR experiences in my home country and 2 yrs of HR in Singapore. I have professional certificate; PHRi and am planning to apply for CIPD level 5.
Hi, You may be able to do it without at entry level (where you have little are no experience). but it really depends on the company as well and their criteria. However, if you plan to progress, it would be diserable.
Hi, After university, I signed up with a few agencies. 3yrs later ,they matched me to this HR role, which was ongoing for 1 month. After 9 months in the position, the company was advertising my role for permanent, I applied, and did the interview and was offered the permanent role 🙂
Experience: I studied international business and took some HR modules within that degree course. However, I don't think that's what got me the job. I think it was the HR admin experiences I got from doing short-term/temporary HR roles leading up to that. Experiences such as data entry, working within a similar industry, sufficient IT skills (excel , word , outlook etc) problem solving, customer service, and more.
This video is brilliant, it's a varied role, no day is ever truly the same 😊
Exactly so 😇

Hello, you can apply if you have the right to work in the UK .i.e. visa, etc.
Do you need a CIPD xx or can you do it without one
