Guitar geek question I know, and I’m sure you’ve been asked before, but what capo are you using? I finds it’s trial and error with what works with my classical necks, but I’ve noticed you use the same one on a few of your videos, so must be working for you!
the ac 4 is probably my favourite, but it's very different from the other ones. It focus more on being a pirate, so if this difference is not a problem for you I'd definitely recomend to play this one. And the 3rd one is pretty similar to other ac games, so nothing incredible, but still good game that is pretty fun to play.
