    Your a champ!
"...and allow the other to ask for assistance". All the more-so if your Human Design strategy is to respond.

Oh Mirjam, this is the most timely video ever for me! I have had one of the worst days today after being verbally attacked over and over again, via messages, because I offered help with their living situation should they lose their job, but what I offered is not good enough for them, they want more. Shocking to be attacked in such an aggressive way and to discover I am a horrible person in their eyes. Now I need to figure out how to break the cord, and fast! Thank you so much for all the wisdom you share. Love you and with you! ❤

@@bookgal you offering help confirm their being in need. That is unsettling and can cause irritation or even aggression

I attempt to remember to allow emotions and bring forth my inner sacred witness so I am just feeling and observing without reacting, going into a head spin, trying to kneel jerk fix something. As for others - impersonal humanitarian compassion. So true re cords and mess it creates. Easy for me to have compassion when I remember how much humans were taught to stuff emotions and really not taught to constructively deal with emotions.
Thanks for your wonder insight as always!

This is very helpful. I am in the middle of a trying to resolve a dispute with my neighbour regarding a communal fence/wall. It has been all encompassing for a few days for sure. I try to help, but your reminder is to assist and not cord with them. I will give it my best shot. I like the idea, but not sure what the subtle difference is in reality.

how important is ancestral healing in our transformation? I feel it never ends..I am so frustratee after years of transforming, healing and still..it's apparently "not enough"....I don't know, really feel frustrated today and angry..this feeling of needing healers to tell me what still is missing and that's why there are still blockages and so on. Seems like an eternal cycle.

    • @alisonw4632

It is more than enough ....if you are aware , then you are transforming on a daily basis , including the ancestral healing ....feel whatever has to come up then it runs through you and is let go of ....i know its a hard one but you are doing it ...rely on your own intuition and strength more and your own heart and don't ever give yourself a hard time ...Whatever you do you in this lifetime, you are doing for your ancestors . When you are being , they are being ...They are
always with you , grateful for whatever you do and LOVE YOU ❤ It is a sacred journey and YOU ARE SACRED and worthy of great respect ❤❤❤

Ps every change , everything affects your ancestral line atleast 7 generations in the ' past ' and 7 generations in the ' future ' ...in every moment ...we are multidimensiinal beings ...live , love , your ARE transforming , every moment xx

@@nanasabia becoming aware of the influence passed lives and ancestral traumas have on you you are already healing. The moment will come when you are aware but no longer corded. It will happen by itself by you intending to feel free without being corded.
Since you are a human being their stories will always be part of you, but not defining you.
