  • Spending hours on your online community can seem exciting at first, but later on, you might get burnt out. Here's how to better manage your time.
✨ Get the structure you need to manage your community in less time in my FREE workshop, How to Design the Thriving Community of Your Dreams: bit.ly/4d5w0LE.
Having an online community is super exciting! From having members who are willing to discuss topics and work towards a common goal, it is nice to feel supported within a community. As a community builder, it is easy to want to go over and beyond and spend a lot of time managing your online community, but it is important to make sure it is done effectively and efficiently. To be honest, you might only need a few hours a week to get things accomplished but it starts with proper time management.

wow really great timing, im trying to build a community for autistic people in Berlin in my spare time, im almost burnt out 😢
i set up a boundary that you are not allowed to post stuff into the main channel thats supposed to be only okay in the flood channel,
i will also take your advice and not check everything 24/7

So happy to hear you're setting and communicating those boundaries! Your community just needs to know what to expect, and they want the best for you!
