If anything like this like display issue or sometimes keyboard led issue, just unplug charger from socket, shut down laptop and press power button for 20-40s. Then it will work

you have turned off laptop's display🤦🏻. You can see in the background he has connected to an external display and turned off the internal one. Just hit Ctrl+P and select mirror or extend.

My solution: I turneu off the laptop disconected the mouse and everything else and left it overnight and then I turned it on without the charger connected and it worked I have same laptop

I ordered Asus TUF A17 on 10th oct from Flipkart and expected delivery date was 17th Oct but the courier service was good that's i received it on 14th Oct. I had chosen open box delivery , everything seems fine and working , no physical damage, good packaging untill i noticed it on 15th oct evening that is today evening:- My fans wasn't running at all , i have changed the fan modes many times but they weren't not working, no sound of fans and no air coming through the vents from that time I got scared and called Asus care 3times but after talking to me they disconnected my call in between the conversation, luckily i was recording the conversation, they did this to me 3times and by doing this it was 6PM when i was calling Asus care for the 4th time i got to know that the service time is 10AM to 6PM only. The twist is i called 3times before 6PM they disconnected my call in between the conversation no one provided me a solution and when i went to Flipkart to return, i wasn't able to do it , i tried to return but it was showing error multiple times. After facing all these issues i made a call to FLIPKART customer care at 7PM and i talked to a executive with more than 15mins , he took all the information and made me wait many time during the call by putting me on holds and then he also disconnected the call at then end without letting me know🙂 then again I called Flipkart customer care and after talking with her half an hour she said i am transferring your call to senior management, it took 2mins to transfer the call 🙂 and finally when it connects the senior executive start acting like he doesn't hear my voice clearly 🙂 all of my friends, relatives, parents hear my voice clearly from my location except these customer care executives of Flipkart and Asus 🙂. After successfully wasting 3hours talking to different customer executive finally at 8PM i made 3rd attempt of call to Flipkart and after taking all the information and putting me on hold for few minutes he tells me to wait for 18th oct 🤣🙂, now i am done with this never ever gonna buy costly products online. 🙂 Successfully wasted 54 thousands 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that. I bought this laptop for $1,200 in October 2020 from Amazon, and now the screen doesn't want to come on like in this video. Motherboards are very expensive used, you can't find new ones. I'm pretty much forced to get a new laptop. I've seen a lot of complaints lately about ASUS Support. So it's good that I'm ditching this brand and switching over to another one.

I ran into the same problem last month. I have an ASUS TUF A15 FA506IV, only had it for 3 years. This issue came up out of nowhere after my backlit stopped working. Motherboards for these are very expensive now. You're talking $500 USED! it's no wonder why I had 2 computer stores tell me they don't make them anymore. You can't even find any new ones. At this rate I am just going to buy a new laptop and retreive the data from my disappointing ASUS and HP Pavillion 15T with an immiment hard drive failure. Not worth spending $500 + labor costs.

Hold the power button for like 20 sec the system will shutdown every task and then once it's turned off, start it again.... this works.

Is it connected to your TV because there’s a setting where it can only display on the TV so you might have that on
Windows key and P will cycle the settings, through primary, secondary, duplicate or extend.
