Dear Lauren, i love watching your youtube videos they are very helpful and informative. You remind me of FullyRaw Kristina, she had the same kind of cold press juicing machine with the bag (dont know if its the same brand ). Until they sadly closed her business down, people dont know a good thing until its gone.!!!! She did so much health wise for that houstan community . Anyway congratulations to you and your family you are doing a world of good for the ohio community.

Concerning your suggestions on how to juice the kale to get a better yield, buy a couple of kuvings blenders that remove all the oxygen,(because it causes the produce to retain all of its vitamins and minerals ) chop up the kale add ice water remove the oxtgen then blend put the mixture into large plastic tubs then slowly pour it into the cold juicer via large plastic pitchers, then cold press. You will then get a better yield and lose none of the nutrients.
If you are using celery, Add celery juice to the vitamin with kale and blend like a smoothie so you can get the kale juice.
very interesting! when you created a recipe that you liked- how did you scale it up? Do you now do it by weight of each ingredient to keep it tasting consistent?

@@LaurenMattice thank you. Any morning juice? There is one which is made from coconut, almond milk and maple. I don’t know the full recipe but it’s something like that.
Celery juice is my favorite morning juice. That coconut milk sounds delicious.

Hey hey I use the sammic 8.5 quart food processor to get a good grind on ginger and greens!

Can I ask how you're processing citrus and pineapples? I've bought a Santos Citrus juicer and planned to use that for citrus and add to the final batch. I've now started questioning my logic and wanted to ask you guys :) have a great day!
We use them sparingly in recipes here and there. Pairing them with harder veggies helps them press better!
