It is! We love our layout. Wish we would have put a window to the kitchen though so worker can see when customer comes in.

Hey so I saw u guys started off with a food truck now the store, how hard was it going from one of the other. I'm going to be doing the same with a BBQ trailer
Retail space is soo expensive... Yours will be kitchen equipment especially fire suppression! $30-80k! It's a world of difference... I hope you have a Big following... Restaurants have hard times getting started.
In which state are you?
Sometimes there is not enough people walking near the shop and that's why people need to promote free samples and discount coupons at a nearby populated area. :)
That's also why I would have kept the truck! Almost every business I've seen, that started mobile and later built a stick n brick, promoted their business through the truck!

Research your business. What are you selling? What's the market like? Is there a need for your product? Do not use banks to start at first! You can do most of this yourself... watch other TH-cam videos, they tell you the ins and outs... Good luck🤗👍
