    Hello Wes! I have a quick question on the About Us page. If the business is just one person, do they use "we" or "I" when talking about the business? - Thanks.

    Hi Wes i watch all your videos and you are my only go to go for web tips and tricks. thank you. can i ask, i work with both english and spanish i have the two languages on my website, people just click on the flag and get to their language, translated and done by me, not google translate or simular. is that right or would you recomend two seperate websites, one for each language? would love your opinion on this.

    Thanks Wes good information. I couldn't help but notice the way the guy was holding the coffee mug at 10:15, maybe not the best image.

      @@WesMcDowellInc Wow! That is going to be amazing then.
      But I would love if you could show us the sample "about us" page(to show how you did that) as you did that with the "Hero" section's video.

    As always, great stuff! Maybe call it “How we help you “ instead of “about us”? Wouldn’t this term work harder at increasing click thru rates?

    Great video! 🙏 Do you think the ”personal” approach fits all or is it better for SME's or for specific customer types?
    I’m thinking enormous businesses like Apple, Google or businesses selling complex technical products.

    Hi, I have a question :0) Can I add many services in one schema or I must add many schema for each service (all service will be in same page, and are similar but with various keyword, for example "mobile repair", "android repair".

    Do you feel only using founders first names on the about us page negatively affects trust factor, or not necessarily?

    • @WesMcDowellInc
      @WesMcDowellInc  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wouldn't say that... the danger of showing all employees is that its not necessarily useful for your customers... kind of an overshare that distracts from the goal of the site.

    • @Shopgirl2000
      @Shopgirl2000 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I actually meant first name only vs first name and last name. Would that negatively influence trustfactor in your opinion?

    Hi! I'm currently working on redesigning my website. And this video is really helpful! Thank you very much for all the details and clear explanation. Totally agree with what you said on the video. Just curious about this, I'm planning to put my company's life videos on our website, so visitors can understand the people and also life behind the company (we're not robots!). Do you think it's better to put it on the homepage or about us page?

    • @WesMcDowellInc
      @WesMcDowellInc  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question! If they're really about you and your team, (not what you do for your clients,) then the about us page would be best. But if its a great video showcasing the work you do, your benefits, and how you help your customers, then the homepage would be a greta place for it. Cheers!

    HI Wes. I found you on TH-cam a few days ago and already in love with your content. I actually made a google my business account and also created a google business site. My site was named as "tonic_media_productions.business.site". I renamed it as "tonicmediaprodcutions.business.site". Just removed the underscore. Now when i searched on google for my business i can find 2 business site results for both names. tonic_media.business.site link doesn't work though. But It appears above the working link on search results. Could you please tell me how can i delete that old link from google..?
