Very helpful video. Instructive, and easy-to-follow. This gentleman is far-and-away the most pleasant, relaxing, and honest man on TH-cam. Here in the U.S. our "creators" are so aggressive, combative, and argumentative. This channel is such a welcome relief from all the chaos.

To be fair though, I don't think it's just in the U.S., and there are some American creators that I watch and really like, both in the sleep field and other areas that I have a personal interest in. As with most things in life, we sometimes just have to do some searching to find what, or who, resonates with us😊

Would you ever consider making a sleep podcast? Your voice is so soothing. I’ve tried the Sleep with Me podcast but the podcaster’s voice keeps me awake and anxious.
Funnily enough, I have been thinking about doing something like that for a while now because several people have said the same thing. I was considering doing an experiment by slowly reading some not very exciting stories to see if people liked them. I just need to get a better microphone and decide whether to put them on this channel or start a new one. Thanks for your comment - it helps remind me that I should do it:-)
