Thank you for this review of Derwent soft colors pencils, and some artists do not like these pencils, because they are not lightfast, they don't recomended this pencils for selling artwork, I think they have the possibility to make beautiful artwork with this pencils, and you can sell the prints...right?
Yes there are colours that are not lightfast, but there are still plenty of colours that have a strong lightfast rating. Probably a set better bought as individual pencils. Yes you can always definitely sell the prints.

But you do need to be aware that not every colour is lightfast, there are about 20 colours in this set I wouldn't use, mostly it's the pinks that are bad lightfast rating. It really depends what you need. But otherwise they seem to be a really lovely pencil to use.

Very good review the company should pay you to do the chart anf provide it with the pencils I would think that would be nice to have.

how is the color laydown compared to Derwent Drawing ?
It is very different. Derwent Drawing have that creamy thicker laydown, the coloursoft feel lighter and go down nice and smooth.
