Manually if we add some config on fabric switch or wlc. And den if we do a provision of those devices from dnac with some new config done on dnac, will my manually configured config will overwrite or it ll remain intact??
great question, Generally DNAC would not overwrite configs, it pushes certain conifg as part of provisioning. However if you make some config change via template, perform a resynch manually.
well I am not sure if you have SDA or non-SDA environment. This Cisco Live session addresses both - www.ciscolive.com/c/dam/r/ciscolive/emea/docs/2020/pdf/BRKCRS-2832.pdf
Its too fast. For someone who is new to DNAC and templates, it is hard to follow. Please slow down and also explain what does "profile" mean and why is it needed here, etc. Thanks.
@Mohan thank you for feedback. Regarding Profile think of it as classifier or grouping of common parameters - for example compliance and you can have multiple template inside it which deals with compliance config. First you add your network profile to a site hierarchy and then during provision you can attach a template from that profile to the device. It help you scale and manage your config.HTH
Well explained short and crisp
Explained nicely.

Also could you please tell us whether we have to follow any syntax for writing commands I'n template editor?
@@nilutpalbose resynch is enough, no provisioning required.
could you please share a video "how to add HP switches or any other vendor devices in DNAC" ?
venodor devices are supported as extension node, there is certain pre-requisite for that, let me get you a link here,
