I vaguely remember it. I was very young. I got it mixed up with the people and accents when we used to go Scotland to visit relatives. It awakens some lovely memories of the happiest childhood anyone could have. I miss them still!

@@ianleiper Due to the standard of actors, budgets, changing audiences, such as shame that the regulars in this series have passed on, I loved watching this in the early 1960’s, as they were household names.
@@ianleiperTV was now Rick bottom, the standard of of actors, budgets… original Upstairs Downstairs was amazing, so sad that these actors have now passed on.

Brilliant series with outstanding actors + theme tune was the best of British television drama 🎭.

The theme music is brillant one of my favourite tv themes I remember this series many years ago
