A quick and easy way to cook thick red bean kalguksu.

  • 🔔 Red bean noodles. 3-4 servings
    Red beans 300g, water 2L, salt 2/3T (about 5g), kalguksu noodles 500g
    ✨ Red bean noodles.
    1. Wash the red beans.
    2. Put red beans and water in a pot and boil over high heat.
    + When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
    3. Sift through a sieve and rinse the red beans with cold water.
    4. Put red beans and 2L of water in a pressure cooker and boil over high heat.
    + When the pressure weight starts to sound, boil for 10 minutes from that point.
    5. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes without releasing the pressure.
    6. Remove the pressure, open the lid and transfer to the pot.
    7. Grind finely with a mixer.
    8. Bring to a boil over high heat while stirring.
    9. When it starts to boil, foam and season with 2/3T (5g) of coarse salt.
    10. Add kalguksu noodles and bring to a boil while stirring.

    팥을 잘 삶을 자신이 없었는데 자세하게 설명해주셔서 팥죽이나 팥칼국수 도전해봐야겠어요~
    매번 쉽고 정확한 레시피 잘 보고갑니다~^^

      날씨추울땐 팥 칼국수 좋죠 동치미무하고 먹음 맛잇고 이사가서 팥떡대신 해서먹던데 옆집도 나누어주더라구요

    저는 어릴때 설탕 큰수저로 한번 넣고. 먹는데요
    국수도 여름에 설탕넣고 먹어요 그런줄알고 자랐어요

    딱 2번 끓여봤는데 팥이 잘으깨지면
    채에 껍질을 걸러주는것이 진짜 맛나더라고요
    그런데 그냥 껍질채 갈았던것은 별로였어요
    전 새알 팥죽했었어요

    팝죽은 설탕 안들어가는것은 없나요 저이 어릴땐 설탕없이 먹었죠

      만들때 안넣으시면 되져. 아니면 스테비아.
