ROYAL BLUE BALLROOM | SANDBOX MODE | HOUSE FLIPPER 2

Hello flippers, it's been a hot minute! A challenge set by House Flipper Gaming Community in facebook to build a ballroom. Thought I'd try it out and here's my version. Been super busy with life lately and was able to build this ballroom in time. Am building a mansion as well and hoping it'll finish next week. It's already in mod.io and tag me if you're using it or have a version of your own. ^_^
