I had a good time with this game. Pretty short and left me wanting more but for what I got I liked. Fingers crossed for some DLC story content or something. I spent around 50 NZD which seems worth the 15 or so hours I sunk into it. I agree with your ratings though, I think a high 6 out of ten mostly because the jokes made me smile :)
took me 12h to do 100% run and 1h to just collect the fuel for the under 4h trophy. I just can't get the coop trophies even when I'm trying to get randos playin with me :D

Beside the humor, what I enjoyed about the game is that it was way more focused on exploration and not combat. Which makes sense given that your job is to explore rather than kill things.
It was competent. A decent time, the length doesn't bother me as DMC, Uncharted, etc are 10-15 hours for 60 dollars so 6-8 hours for 30 -40 dollars (cant quite remember what I paid) is fine.
I bought a physical copy on the one x and the disc had a little over 1 gigabyte of data while the update was over 4 gigabytes it is super disappointing being a physical game fan these days.

Like I’ve seen people say that even if they are interested in a game if it is digitally only they won’t play it. what Subnautica brought was a once in a lifetime experience, if you haven't played it and haven't spoiled yourself already, just buy it and play it, i didn't know anything about it and this was the most thrilling game I've played since video games exist, if you spoiled yourself..too bad you missed your opportunity, this game is at it's best when you truly don't know anything about it and once you experienced it any other game that tries to do the same will feel weak
Journey to the Savage Planet and outer worlds should of been one game called outer worlds, the ads would of been a great fit in outer worlds. Upgrades in outer worlds and perks were really lacking a double jump would of been something. Also they have a similar look.
It is very funny and original game. I love the uniqueness of the game. I would say that gameplay is about 12h if you are not speedrunning it. There is lot more enemy types with new type of enemies on each map. He showed only 2 of them in video. Yes there are similar enemies with different variants, but there are always also a new types of enemies. I don´t understand how can you say, that after 2h you have seen everything. It is just not true. I would give the game 7/10 (with better pricing 8). Definitely recommending it.
Currently on game pass, I enjoy it, for sure check it out if you have gamepass. Although I have one issue, I hate the invisible walls that are everywhere! It rewards you for exploration and hopping up on top of stuff, except not all the time.
I'd call it a 7/10 if it was at a cheaper price. I bought it on sale and I think I got my money's worth -- about 14 hours for a 100% all collectibles run. (PC Epic store, so no achievements.) It was a lot of fun and I almost literally couldn't stop playing it (just a couple of gaming sessions). But yes, it possibly was a bit too easy in some places (although I don't hate that) and definitely a bit too short.

zero impakt that’s been known for awhile. It is confirmed to be episodic, it will be 3 parts and this first game coming in April is all the stuff in Midgar except with A LOT more stuff to do than the original game had
Square Enix has to milk the ip for ever last cent. They waited what 23 years old and has the original has remained their #1 best seller. They lost all the old background artwork from the original. Edios made the port to pc was broken out of the gate because the game was not portable hence every single port being glitch infected. It has caused them shame and pain so doing a remake has always been a scary endeavor for SE. They know they must not only succeed at living up to the expectations, they must exceed them leaving way for the reremake of FFVII which would technically be the rereremake since the remastered version couldn't fix the glitches from the playstation version.

Idk about dmc but uncharted is totally replayable. Like watching a good movie again
DMC 5 definitely has replay value! I would say more so than uncharted, though I love uncharted also.
Dmc is on of the most repayable games imo, up there with fromsoft games

I loved it, but it's more a Banjoo kazzoie/Mario type of game with a little bit of No Man's Sky vibe than Subnautica.
