Annica, you’re a good daughter. I get migraines as well (only one cluster attack though) and they are horrific. Your mama is very lucky to have you.
Jennica, after my cluster attack I was prescribed Imitrex injections (now I also have the nasal spray), Fiorcet, and a daily preventative (Propanolol). 22 years later I still use these 3 medications to manage things.

Migraines are so debilitating! I dont think anyone understands untill they have had one. Ive had them for 24 years. I was hit by a drunk driver on my bicycle when I was 14. I hit the highway head first. Knocked out my eye sight for a few weeks and left me with migraine headaches. I was put on sumatriptan and it has saved my life!!! I hooebyou dont have to go through this again. So glad yall are back ❤

So happy you're okay! My aunt just passed away due to her migraines. She's had them all her life. She would be in the worst amount of pain all the time. The last time she had one she fell out and unfortunately was left alone for 4+ hrs. She lost a lot of her brain activity and was put into a coma and unfortunately didn't make it.. and it was a lot 😩 Glad you have AJ. But whenever you feel like you need to go to the E.R PLEASE GO !

Jennica, I know you have an autoimmune disease and so do I. I also have a rare brain disorder with headaches just like you described linked to autoimmune issues. It's called psuedotumor ceribri or its also known as idiopathic intracranial hypertension. It's where the spinal fluid around your brain builds up..the only way to diagnose it is a spinal tap.. but if this ever happens again demand a spinal tap. I'm so sorry you went through that. It's terrifying and I've lost my vision due to my headaches and I was so afraid. I'm glad you're feeling better.
Jennica looks so good! You've always been so gorgeous. I haven't watched your channel for the longest time due to working so much. I do not want this taken the wrong way, but i used to work in the health/ fitness/ coaching biz and Jennica you look amazing! You look like you've lost a lot of weight. @JennicaandAnnica just becareful. My house had tons of mold and the little dishes you buy from the store came back perfect. ERMI tests are the most accurate and will tell you exactly what mold youre dealing with! ❤️
OMG NOOO! so glad ur feeling better. I am a sufferer from chronic migraines and my biggest trigger was diet pepsi due to the aspartame. stay away from that. unfortunately it’s in all the alani nu as well. i hope u feel better.

Oh how I feel your pain of having a migraine that long. I had a reoccurring migraine for 12 days and went to the clinic 4 times and the hospital twice.
The last time, they gave me a ketamïne and it helped tremedously and FINALLY went away!

Same thing happened to my mom during the summer she had to go the hospital they had to do a cat scan on her all the test came out good she had the migraine cocktail iv an hour later she was fine now she’s on medication for them it’s scary the nurse were so nice to me in there glad your feeling better

Phlebotomist is the person who draws blood 😂 I’m glad you’re feeling better! I’ve had migraines that last super long as well. Would be good to check in with your PCP and neurologist to review these attacks.
