Well to slowly start off on the LED upgrade on the 2022 Ford Maverick, we are going to show you how to swap out the lights in your 3rd brake light and cargo lights! Good video, makes a huge difference. When installing bulbs I like to put a small amount of dielectric grease on the bulb connection, this makes better contact and helps to stop corrosion.
This will be one of my first upgrades for sure

I have had my Maverick for a year now and love it! Thanks for the information on the lights. I also have the same soft top cover on mine and it was real easy to install and have had no issues with it.

LED's are the only way to go; can't go wrong with Fasfit. Love my 2023 Ford Maverick.
That kind of led bulbs help you a lot when going back with the reverse camera .

Wow!! I just found your channel! Great channel. I have A Maverick that is almost the same spec as yours. I really like yours. I subscribed and went back and watched all your content. Fun fact about me, I was one if, not the 1st in the Northwest to take delivery of his Maverick. I bought mine in McMinnville Oregon., October 2022. I still have it, I love it and have 18000 miles on it . I have not put any mods on it but own a few that are sitting on my dresser. Actually, correction, I do have the tailgate damper that was kindly dealer installed. I watch many reviews on those LED lights multiple times, but was too lazy to purchase. them if you have not already given them away I would love to be entered. good luck to anyone who got them or gets them. They look to be very very good and. I was afraid to mod my pickup because I was thinking of selling it. I did order a 2023 (lariat) but I'm on the fence and will decide when it gets here if I buy it. I know the title says 2022+, but do ya think these will fit in the 2024 model?
It does look better. Disappointed that as you say at least with the Lariat it doesn’t come with LED there. I could have swore I read they came with LEDs back in 21. I’m cheap so I’ll prob just leave them until they burn out in 6 years 😂 they should sell a CHMSL pack that has the 2 whites plus 1 red.

I don’t understand why the center LED has to be red. the lens is already red. why not use a white LED?

Amazon says your link does not fit the Maverick
It does fit. If it worries you. You can cross reference the part number on their website which i think on Lasfits website it says it does fit.
My local shop charged me $75 to install. I rather have a licensed professional do this as you are messing with electrical and can get shocked.
15 years being a professional mechanic not once have I ever been shocked by a bulb replacement, but if you are concerned you can always disconnect the negative on your battery 🙂
