I have been attending the SEMA Show for over 26 years with other employees. This year they have declined my registration and are demanding my Business Licence and tax returns. I've been retired for a number of years including last year when nobody asked for documentation. This is no longer a "Trade Only Event" The General Public are being allowed in as long as they pay $120 to "Walk The Floor" on the Friday. It is now just a money grab as they have realised in recent years attendance has dwindled, especially from International visitors. SEMA your discriminating against old retirees from your industry.

Nice! Thanks for the tips. I've never been to Vegas, but I plan on going during a SEMA event. I don't know much about filming and cameras, but I do know that a rig is used for top-tier filming. Look into a drone too. Get SEMA from the air! :)

Ford recommends 3000 for severe use, like towing. I will change my next new car at 500-750, then very 4000 max.

YES, it is. If you want your Mav to last forever, ignore Fords recommended change interval & change it every 3000mi. As a turbo overclocked little engine that turbo burns & cokes up the motor oil it has inside. PLUS-oil & filter is cheap-new engine or even a new turbo is not. !

First oil change should be in 3000 mile IMO, there always a lot of debris in first run

My interview about my car would go like: it's a 2003 Dodge "Grand" Caravan with Factory Digital Dash, 3.3 liter normally aspirated, Custom Wheel Chair design with a One Off interior and electric side door ramp. On the strip it does the 1/4 mile in 1 day! It also came in a very rare two tone Factory Color. Gray and Silver!

I don't care for the new front, although the XL in green is nice. Lose the tech, drop the price, keep it simple and put the old grille and headlights back on.. Sure wish they offered the extended cab so I could use it as a truck more.......

Personally don't like the new front, looks like they just tacked on a piece after designing the headlights, plus the grille is not good IMO. But if an awd hybrid comes out I might have to give in as that was the only thing keeping me from buying one. AWD hybrid with 4k tow package is my dream, just wished they had a different front

i have a 14 fusion sew/ lux package and 18 inch wheel vep engine( Spanish made engine ) 2.0 turbo... at 193472 miles on it.. still gets 33/34 on the highway at 70 in cruise control, at the track1/4 mile now at 14.8 secs,,,i just change the oil every 6000 miles,, air filter at 2 years trans oil change every 3600- miles.added paddle extensions for Manuel shifting., had a tuner speed up the paddle shifting speed have upgraded to adjustable dampeners and coil overs...lowered 25 mm...not slammed.. sway bars from the fusion energy,,$75 at pick and pull,,, steeda way charging over $500 for the same bars. over all a great car.. plan to keep it... might get a tune on it.. but i like to Suprise those pesky german car owners on twisty back road

So as you said in the beginning the stock s10 weighed 3040+750 for trailer making it 3790lb. I have one of those utility beds on my ranger and it weighs 715lb. The ladder rack probably adds 150lb. The original pickup bed weighed 200lb. Which means that in total you were at 4455lb basically 4500lb.

I’m trying to get a reliable used car and the 2016 hybrid version popped up around my area at 80k miles for $11000. I need something reliable and durable for my occasional 40-50mile trips possible once or twice a month. What do you think??
