This is Niuwang Island in Hainan Province, China. It was originally a location for sightseeing helicopters to take off and land. However, today it has been temporarily suspended. There are three military helicopters conducting formation flights and practicing takeoffs and landings here.
This helicopter is the Harbin Z-19. It is designed to be use as a light reconnaissance and attack helicopter for the People's Liberation Army Air Force. It is a licensed variant of the French Eurocopter Dauphin and about 200 Units currently in service and was built by The Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation. There is also another variant of this helicopter known as Harbin Z-9 or "Haitun" meaning dolphin. It is designed as a multi-purpose military utility chopper for The People's Liberation Army Ground Force. There are 200+ units currently in service.
