This helicopter is the Harbin Z-19. It is designed to be use as a light reconnaissance and attack helicopter for the People's Liberation Army Air Force. It is a licensed variant of the French Eurocopter Dauphin and about 200 Units currently in service and was built by The Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corporation. There is also another variant of this helicopter known as Harbin Z-9 or "Haitun" meaning dolphin. It is designed as a multi-purpose military utility chopper for The People's Liberation Army Ground Force. There are 200+ units currently in service. Please do a walking tour of the place infront of Raffles city.I knew that there is something like a pedestrian square was under construction infront of raffles city at the tip of the peninsula.I think that area is open now.That area defenitely have a best view of Chongqing skyline
