This was hilarious!!!! Totally worth sending into Talking Dead--or trying to give it to the real cast. The parody may come in handy come October when we see who Negan whacked!! I've heard the cast take character deaths pretty hard, such as when Beth died. Again, awesome job!!!

Ghosts have actually been mentioned in the walking dead universe, in the game (a new frontier) in a flashback Clementine is talking to Jane and Jane says "so many people died here.. so many ghosts" and Clementine says "ghosts don't scare me.. they don't have teeth, or guns."
The creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman, has explained that zombies basically don't exist in The Walking Dead world because films like Night of the Living Dead were never created so the world zombie or zombies was never popularized to mean an undead creature but the word would still exist but it would mean it's original definition an evil or vengeful spirit!!!
They exist; we see them all the time. They simply aren't known as zombies because the concept of a zombie was never popularized in that universe.

Andy Rossi Thats not its correct definition though. The original term for Zombies is defined a person who is reanimated as a slave (they're clinically alive) in the thrall (under control) of another person (through magic). Another definition would be an animated corpse, raised by magical means (mostly voodoo and witchcraft).
The term zombies does not exist the TV Universe. Its does in the comics though but no one uses the term "zombies" because it sounded funny to use a fake term when the undead are actually roaming (hence why they call them roamers in the comics).
Zombies aren't evil or vengeful spirits in the TV-TDW universe. As far as the show goes, the word zombies does not exist. Don't make an ass for yourself for jumping to conclusions without any factual evidence.
Bumming Bummer and Andrew Joya I'm not sure but I think we're all saying basically the same stuff...thaaangs! The main points made in this comment thread are: We know the walkers as zombies because the word was popularized by The Night of the Living Dead movies but the Night of the Living Dead movies were never popularized in TWD which has been stated by Robert Kirkman the creator of the comics which are the source material! Also Andrew Joya I know the original definition of zombie I watched a documentary on the origins of zombies. So yes I know one definition is a corpse revived by witch craft especially in African and Caribbean religions, the documentary went really deep into that, but the definition I used is also right it's just a less well known one! Also I read the TWD comics and in the beginning they were called zombies until Robert Kirkman decided not to because it sounded silly and came up with the reason I previously stated! And I never said they were evil or vengeful spirit in the TV universe, I said that was 1 of the original definitions but the word zombie would still exist in the universe but is not used to describe the walkers/ roamers for reason already stated!

Actually (not to be a zombie nerd) the walking dead is set in a universe where most "zombie" films and novels don't exist so they wouldn't know what a zombie is, so this is more of a stating the walking dead In a wrong way than a parody
