If they have what's considered the nicest phone at the time, they'll be less likely to be mocked, I guess. It's different for adults, generally. I am so fortunate to have them, many aren't as blessed as I am, still I don't want to be that kid that gets everything handed to him, I want to work for my stuff, so I will appreciate it more. Since I started working I enjoy time with my friends and my girlfriend so much more. Shakira Coye i completely agree as I teenager myself i know my age mates very well and I can assure you that talking to them nicely will usually change nothing in their behaviour. I've had teachers calmly trying to get students to be quiet and obey but it almost never worked but when they would punish the students like not allowed them to go on a school trip with the rest of the class or staying in detention 2 hours after school or kicking students out of class has actually worked a lot more than just kindly talking to them.

I get why everyone like the 19 yr old even if he yelled at her he was more influential because he was basically her age and he understand the meaning of being independent and working for the things you want. Man udually these don't move my feelings, but the 19 year old struck a chord in my heart, my parents are middle class and are doing very well for themselves, at 18 I went to work in a factory to see how the real world is, I worked in restaurants and now in college I work in food delivery, they still give me money to survive every...damned...month. I am so fortunate to have them, many aren't as blessed as I am, still I don't want to be that kid that gets everything handed to him, I want to work for my stuff, so I will appreciate it more. Since I started working I enjoy time with my friends and my girlfriend so much more. Material possessions are nothing compared to the important things, this world made us forget what is important, getting jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need, it's bad.

Shakira Coye i completely agree as I teenager myself i know my age mates very well and I can assure you that talking to them nicely will usually change nothing in their behaviour. I've had teachers calmly trying to get students to be quiet and obey but it almost never worked but when they would punish the students like not allowed them to go on a school trip with the rest of the class or staying in detention 2 hours after school or kicking students out of class has actually worked a lot more than just kindly talking to them.
