As a recovered alcoholic I cannot afford to entertain or feed negative thoughts as that will pull me back into the illness. It's the good wolf/bad wolf story. Always make sure you feed the good wolf every day. 🐺🙏🌟

I start inner fighting with the past wrong doings of my relatives against me which shattered my life completely.
Fortunately that turned me able to understand spirituality.
Sometimes I thank them, send them love gratitude for all their acts, but still often engage in the same.

These toxic habits are in affect "egoist" attributes.... They are demonstrative of our Human condition. Example; "Control' is simply an egoist characteristic based in 'fear' which is foundational for an egoist agenda. It might be time to start refining a discernment "practice" to identify when the ego is present and learn to disengage its attachments, fixations, and agendas.... The results of the space created is where surrender, flow, and peace can take place.

From an early age I had a saying... "six of one, half a dozen of the other'... I have never known what I think... Ask me how I feel... I Don't know what I feel... It's all just mushed up in sadness and a general sense of defeat. This lead me to my next saying... "Don't know, don't much care"... This is my defense against a world that makes me angry at how it treats others, especially the vulnerable (children, women, animals, the environment).
I don't know what my authenticity is other than 'go fuck yourself, not interested in what you think'...
I'm in my 70's now, and it's been a long and frustrating road. But I will not give up. At the least, I'll will have maintained my boundaries and not engaged in the stupid nonsense of wars and prejudices and fake pretensions of accumulating a pile of crap to prove my worth...

This is truly helpful, especially need for external validation was an eye opener. Thank you very much for explaining how it's self destructive. Will work on it from now on.

Pamela, Thank you for your comment. I couldn't agree more! I find a great number of these "spirituality" clips are delivered this way, so unpleasant sometimes that I close it and move on. I also noticed that, for me, the delivery greatly affects how I receive the message/information. If someone's rattling on like a salesman selling snakeoil, I back off in self defense--No thank you!!

This classroom of humanity is referred to as the illusion of separation from Source. Through identity we learn to see ourselves as separate from Source. We learn to see others as separate from God when we find ourself in judgement. When we realign to the frequency of the Soul, unconditional Love, we begin to see we are all an expression of Source manifested in form. The cosmic game of hide and seek is finding our Being through our stories. Weather the storm, the forging of the Soul in form is moving us past a linear duality consciousness. One thing to consider in this world of immediate gratification, this awakening is not a one and done. Like feeding and caring for the body, realignment is an ongoing process and the gravity of form is present as long as your consciousness is in the body.

True spirituality is not about perfection but about progress. Progress to know yourself. A true spiritual person yearns to keep on improving while others are content with just knowing.

I was sacrificing my happiness for my loved ones and thinking that good to do. Now I know that you have to be FAIR to yourself too.

I still struggle with the trap of negative self-talk. I am aware of it when I hear it but don't always take the time to change it.

If you want to understand the impact from negative selftalk and how to manage it, i recommend the Book 'Chatter' from the Psychologist Ethan Kross. There are some interviews here on YT. I think, he was also at the Joe Rogan Expierience.

This is a great channel. Is the voice AI? The formality of the tone distracts from the message. If it’s your own voice may I humbly suggest you speak in a more casual style. The words are beautiful. They are being read like an instruction manual.
