In that moment it feels like that energy cradles me. It rushes in, it covers me, envelopes me, & then flows through me. It’s absolutely beautiful. It humbles me & reminds me that this physical body is only a vessel. That the soul/spirit is one with that universal energy, with God/dess. ❤

Thank you, Bruce. I think it's so fascinating that, when we realize and acknowledge we are experiencing the nothingness, it's gone, and we are no longer experiencing nothing because we're having a thought and therefore experiencing something. I've had the thought during meditation that I was having no thoughts and all was blank. But once that thought arises, the non-thinking is gone. The good news is we can arrive there again and again. Thank you! Sending blessings to the stillness!

Thanks for the comment and indeed it's a tricky dance between thought and no thought. Smiling to the self once thoughts arise and then just trying to return to the practice, IMO, is the best approach. The mind is the ultimate trickster indeed!

It is fleeting because as soon as I recognize it, it’s over. When it happens I usually think, what just happened? The beauty is, it does happen on occasion. 🙏🏻💫✨

100% and I think for me we could say "on occasion" as an ideal 😃 as soon as it's there...it's gone! But we can always and hopefully will always come back to the practice!

this moment becomes expansive when we recognize the illusion of time. The mental constructs of worry (future) and anger (past) have dissolved and you experience the universe as it is.
