I know someone was hero 3 or 4 years ago and now zero just after 2 years because someone else occupied leads by spending more money and google/marketing companies got rich, internet based brokerages are just operating at B.E.P. and in recession a lot of them go bankrupt which is like driving to dead end street.

So true about internet leads

20 years old, currently obtaining my real estate license, I plan to be strictly a listing agent, and I love the content mike.
