When door knocking, what is the definition of a contact? Is it someone who answers the door, or someone who is a homeowner as opposed to a tenant? Do you count someone who doesn't let you finish your script? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
This isn't meant as any disrespect because I haven't been in this business a fraction of the time you have and I take what you have to say seriously. However, I think you are totally wrong about social media. Before I got into real estate I was in marketing and sales and social media was one of the most powerful tools we had. And, it is a lot of work. To create a useful and strategic social media brand for the purpose of marketing is anything but "social". I mean, this youtube channel is a perfect example. I know for a fact that making videos like this and building a channel like yours has not been a cake walk. I've made a ton of videos and know how time consuming, tedious and what an investment they are. So.... while I think you are right about most things, I gotta say your opinion of social media is all wrong.
The more I am exposed to MFO, the more I realize that I should have been exposed to this mindset when I first started in this industry. The good news is that I can & will learn!!
I know if I would've started watching you years ago I would've been so much further along in my career.
