It will depend on your skills and the needs of the client. Since I’m a general virtual assistant, most of the tasks are admin tasks and sometimes I do social media postings as well.

Yes, it is required to work during their timezone since most of the time you do meetings with them and some times they need your assistant to finish some urgent tasks for the day.

@@patricklayola6397 Well, it depends per client. Right now, I’ve been doing some screening or recruiting like an HR, creating social media content, checking cleaning schedule for an Airbnb client.
