Hi! I’m sure you can find jobs that will allow you to work on your phone. There’s a lot you can do with your phone, also most of the tools that you can use have mobile version nowadays. You can even do research from your phone.
However, I would say that it is a lot better if you have a laptop that you can use. Because although you can work from your phone, the functions will still be limited.
Also I noticed that most clients prefer their VAs to have a laptop.

Hi! are you required to end your shift on time? or are you allowed to end it once you’re done with all of the task given to you for a day?

Hi! I’m required to start and end my shift on time. But it’s not a big issue if I’m late or need to end my shift earlier. As long as I am able to compensate for the hours I missed before the week or month, then it’s okay.
