7:06 he missed 1 attack face since that minion had windfury effectively leaving him an extra turn with 2 HP at the end. Now I know the chances of the other rogue digging himself up were meager, but having that extra attack to the face was free and meant the rogue dying 1 turn sooner.
Sonya and the buffed starship schematic is really cool in this deck, you get another schematic and can potentionally get 4 biopods out of 1 schematic, since they cost one. Another cool interaction with sonya is barrel roll cause it alwas cost 1 and so u get infinite 1 cost barrek rolls as long as you have the mana. same goes for dehydrates discovered by stick up. the "this costs 1" clause of this cards override the 0 cost from sonya.
Took out the Kaja'mite and Stick Ups in this and added Maestra, Eudora, and two Health Drinks, really like Health Drink and the other two cards are just fun. Eudora has been winning me games with the occasional high roll on her own even. This deck certainly feels fun without feeling outright cheesy.
In the starcraft miniset. Im gonna try starship warrior, big starship rogue, face hunter and zerg aggro warlock. The hero skins, Sarah Kerrigan hunter maybe, Zeratul rogue.
After seeing how 'rush' is such a better keyword than 'charge' (for design purposes) wouldn't you think that a 'windfury' that doesn't allow you to go face twice (you have to attack at least one minion or maybe two different targets) would be a safer keyword than 'windfury'? WF seems like a keyword destined to be always on the group of "it either sucks or it wins you the game"
Starship Rogue looks legit good now. Sonya’s still too strong, and WILL be nerfed at some point imo, but this deck doesn’t even need her, which is excellent. 👍
I think she’s vital. Sonya can give you two more discovers on top of extra pieces if they happen to cost 1 with the reduction. Which is better than bouncing the 2 drop and hoping you get good starships. It’s not busted compared to what Sonya can do in other decks, but when she gets inevitably nerfed Space Rouge is definitely going to feel it as well.
@@burgerandy2729 I’ve seen the deck win many times by turn 7/8, without drawing Sonya. So yeah, she lets Rogue out-value every slow opponent, but no, Starship Rogue doesn’t NEED Sonya. I don’t even care, except I’m afraid she might get Shaffar nerfed, (instead of Sonya herself, again she’s too strong). That would REALLY stink, cause I’ve been enjoying Shaffar in handbuff DK. Degenerate Rogue cards often cause too many OTHER cards to be nerfed, imo… and then the degenerate Rogue card ends up getting nerfed anyway, but did extra dmg to other strategies/decks, on its way out of the meta. 🤷♂
It seems we play different heartstones, I've been getting opponents for a year now who clear any table every turn . My table does not survive the next move of the opponent. But in the arena it is even worse. My opponent can, for example, play legendary cards for 8 moves. Probably this "random" is paid.
