For Vertical mandibular hypoplasia (Shortness of the ascending ramus, the mandibular bodies, and/or the chin): BSSO (Obwegeser), BSSO (Obwegeser, Dal Pont), BSSO (Hunsuck), Vertical ramus osteotomy, Inverted L osteotomy.
And for Vertical mandibular hypoplasia in children (Decrease posterior facial hight due to condylar hyplasia ): Costochondral graft.
