We left Amsterdam one night, and the polit fly around the city before leaving. it was magic with all the city lights. Never forgot it.
One night we left Amsterdam for home. flew over the city so that we could see it once more before we left.I have never forgotten it.
No landing is ever better than a 747!
The last time I landed in Amsterdam was back in 06 during sunrise. So beautiful.

This reminded me of my first flight to Europe (I landed in Frankfurt). Even to this day, I am fascinated by how different things are laid out on the land in Europe as compared to the US. I am not complaining but just noting the difference. After I arrived, I made it a point to ensure my subsequent flights to Europe landed later in the morning. It just seemed that when I arrived, every other airline unloaded their jumbo jets at the same time my flight did. I was not thrilled to stand in line with 5,000 other people as I went through customs having a bit of a hangover and jet lag. OK. Now I am complaining (Ha… Ha… Ha…). Nevertheless, this is a great video and thank-you for sharing it.
I love Amsterdam and also Boeing 747. The only one time i got it was from Rome FCO to AMS Schipol

Oh, I am surprised, in Amsterdam it isn't snowing? In Chicago it is, and Amsterdam is more closer to the pole than Chicago is, so what is the temperature in both of these cities?
