Rockband drums returning? If this is figured out to be soloable without any crazy tricks involved, I would love to see crota get rocked to death again!
So correct me if I’m wrong but how are you building the bridge w/o procking the annihilator totems? I think you’re both switching the bridge plate so each sides annihilator totems never have a chance to fully charge since you’re only on the bridge plate for a few moments. Obviously strand manipulation to get across w/o buff rinse n repeat etc. Tell modern when he figures out a solo strat to post that shit up asap I wanna solo crota in d2 too
solo is not possible because of the enlightened buff. duo is the best there will be period, unless your hacking/net limiting. (same thing) aka cheating
@mrthor3061 kinda a shame tbh. If the debuff wasn't 45s it would almost be possible to juggle chalice with deposits. But Bungie really didn't consider it to be a fun idea to make the raid solo-able by mastering it. Shame.
@@savagewraith yeah like i’ve done first encounter (lamps) solo up until the bridge but once you get to the plate there’s no way to enlighten it, duo is the best we are going to get sadly
just tried to do this and the lanterns wont light if you skip any of them...then the chalice wont transfer from one to other til the timer is 2 seconds to over
You can blink through the barriers as long as you have enlightened and it wont consume it, he’s blinking in, getting the witch finishable and moving on to the next to do the same

You can blink jump through the doors without using enlightenment get them to low health and they’ll end up by the doors so anyone can use a finisher on them.
This is the beauty to observe, communication and coordination is best it can be. Not like that poor ingame voice where 6 person echo and all talk in same time. dont know hot to put it..this is so supersuper hard to do, but in same time it looks so azy when they do it as 2. Reaally well played bros!

Yeah you are correct about the annihilator totems. You need to build them just enough that the sword bearer spawns and boom that’s the encounter

you can finish through the wall/floor. when you kill it starts damage so you get them finishable first

it does and it did reset it to 58 seconds. You still have to enlighten the bridge to stop the timer

all podiums in the encounter reset the timer - and when you enlighten the bridge plate it turns off the wipe timer entirely.
