I really enjoy your videos and normally enjoy watching them on a TV. Our TA did not notice that when we booked our guaranteed room on board that the HAL TA checked the box that we would accept a free upgrade. The night before our 24 day cruise out of Copenhagen our stateroom number changed. I emailed our TA and she confirmed that we had been given an upgrade and we were fortunate to get a good one.

We booked an interior for our Celebrity Constellation 9 night cruise (boarding in Civitavecchia tomorrow), and then bid on an upgrade. Didn't want to bid for a balcony in case we got a cruddy location....so we bid for a Sunset Verandah as they are all pretty good. Scored for an additional $1600 (AU$)!!!

You still may not get on a ship on your guarantee cabin…a charter group might bump you off.
